Club Penguin Field Ops Still Offline

While on club penguin today I noticed that my elite penguin force spy phone was blinking red. Usually, that means that a new field-ops mission is available. Instead, it has a message saying the field ops are offline. There hasn't been a weekly field ops in awhile now so, when will they return? If at all?

The last field ops was released the week before operation blackout back in November.
